Because all Praxis products are delivered digitally and become immediately accessible after purchase, all sales are generally considered final.

Digital Products

Our products include digital downloads such as:

  • Notion templates

  • AI prompt libraries

  • Digital planners

  • Digital resources

Due to their digital nature, we cannot accept returns once access has been granted.

Exceptions

We may offer a refund if:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same order.

  • You did not receive your purchase due to a technical issue that we are unable to resolve.

  • The delivered product is substantially different from what was advertised.

Refund requests are evaluated individually.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided because:

  • You no longer need the product.

  • You did not read the product description before purchasing.
